Summer Camp is for dogs who are appropriately social with other dogs.
If your dog enjoys other dogs and needs more exercise, we can help! We have 60 acres of land completely fenced in for your dog's enjoyment. Daycare dogs get to play, hike and swim.
A typical camp day consists of one hike out on our trails, nap time, and playgroup with other dogs. On hotter days we will often go for a swim rather than a longer hike. During playgroup we incorporate structured exercises and impulse control training in order provide extra mental stimulation, keep dogs from getting overly excited. These skills also strengthen the ability of dogs and staff to communicate effectively. When weather is particularly bad the dogs will play in our indoor playroom.
